What if I recently purchased my home?

Welcome to the community! Please allow a few weeks for your ownership information to transfer from the closing attorney to our system. Once your account is active, you’ll receive a welcome email with portal access and payment details.

ARC requests are submitted through your homeowner portal. Include all required details such as plans, materials, and photos. The review process and approval timeline vary by community based on your Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CCRs).

Assessment schedules vary by community—most are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. Please refer to your community’s budget or contact CCM for your specific schedule.

Governing documents such as Covenants, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations are available in your homeowner portal under the Documents tab.

Mailbox keys are typically issued by the U.S. Postal Service. Please visit or call your local post office and provide proof of homeownership (closing statement or ID). For cluster mailboxes installed by the builder, check your closing documents for key handoff details.

You’ll receive an email invitation from the management company with a link to register.
Once registered, you can log in anytime to view your balance, submit maintenance
requests, and access community documents.

Assessments cover shared expenses like landscaping, insurance, community utilities,
maintenance, and reserve funding for future repairs or improvements.
